MG2 comprises of three blocks of flats on the Mayesbrook Gardens Estate comprising odd numbers 21 to 95. It was formed to manage the maintenance s of the external parts of the flats, the internal common areas and the gardens. It is responsible managing the costs and expenses associated with this and collects an annual service charge to pay for them. MG2 run by three flat owner Directors who have employed Property Maintenance and Management Services (PMMS) to manage the day to day affairs of the company.

Anyone who owns a flat is free to apply to become a Director of the Company and we encourage anyone who is interested to apply.

This web site is being developed to provide clear and up to date information about all aspects of the Company’s activities in managing our part of the estate. In the future there will be areas for comments and suggestions as well as important announcements and information. Comments and suggestions for improvement are always welcome.
