Drying Laundry
Drying laundry in the communal gardens on any kind of clothes line is not permitted in the lease and should not be done.
Dog Mess
The flat leases do not permit animals including dogs and cats to be kept in flats on a permanent basis. The Residents Company has not taken action to prevent this in the past provided any animal is of a reasonable size and is not a nuisance to other residents. Recently there have been complaints about people not clearing up dog mess when walking their dog in the grounds.
It should go without saying that this is not acceptable.
