The installation of CCTV is being considered. Cameras would be placed to monitor the car parks and bin stores. If you have any comments please contact [email protected].
Traffic Gate
Consideration is being given to the installation of an electric traffic gate at the access point to our part of the estate. This will be at the point close to the bin stores. When full details are available they will be posed on the web side. It is intended the gate will be controlled by a fob and or pin code and will slide open to allow entry or exit. Please give your views.
Future Suggestions
We welcome any comments or future suggestions :-
- Should parking by residents only be permitted in the spaces designated to their flat – this will involve making spaces so each flat residents knows which spaces is theirs. This will mean only ONE space per flat and flat residents will not be permitted to park in visitor spaces.
- Should we have a gate to our part of the estate?
